Gillian graduated as a designer from GSA in 1993. Since the year 2000 however she has concentrated on her painting, he has confessed to being a lover of shoes and all things vintage, this topic features in some of her work. Aside from this she paints the rich colourful landscapes of Ayrshire. Combining this with her Graphic design (day job) she says she is lucky enough to be able to teach at an Art Class in the local area.
