Personal Satement
In 1978, after studying silversmithing at UCE, Birmingham, I set up my own business making models for the jewellery trade. I went on to produce my first collection of jewellery in 1996.

My jewellery is figurative and whimsical with many pieces bearing messages of hope and affection. It is hand made in oxidized silver with moving parts and small doors that open to reveal fine gold detail. Each of my pieces has a small engraving of a ‘Brick and Bean’, a play on words of mine and my wife’s name ‘Nick and Jean!’
